Can you take it every other day? i have just restarted taking it in the last few weeks, but if i take it every day, terrible back pain. when i stop my bp goes up and i also feel light headed and faint. but pain goes away. i didn't take it yesterday but now am feeling goofy again so will probably take one today.
any suggestions/opinions appreciated.

Hi,
You need to check with your Dr. regarding your symptoms. HCTZ can be taken every other day under certain circumstances but your Dr. should decide that depending on your b/p & other factors. Are you eating healthy & drinking plenty of fluid plus you must eat some salt so you don't get depleted of minerals lost in the urine. Fam
