Some friends at work who claim they have fibro keep bugging me about trying what they call a jade bed. they say it massages the pressure points and makes you feel better.
Granted i would try anything that would help but im feeling skeptical about this because i cant stand to be touched on my back let alone something mechanical working on me.
has anyone heard of this my boyfriend is driving me nuts to try it!
thanks
AJGal
I found a website about it http://migunusa.com/modules.php?name=Migun&func=one

AJGAL,
The bed on the website looks and sounds like what they use in a chiropractor's office (but its called a traction machine by them). It feels okay when they do it for 10 min., but I think if you stayed on it too long, you might get sore. I bet they want a pretty penny for that thing.

I bought a massaging pad (I think my Homemedic) that is body length and has all kinds of combinations of stimulation and its under $100 (but I really can't remember exactly how much).

I'll be watching to see what other says about the jade bed or if anyone has the kind of massage pad I do.
