Sweetheart,
Are you studying ? or about to take any exams? Sounds like you are stressing out too much over something. What you need to do is have a good think about the bad things happening in your life right now, and see if you can get rid of some of them. Go out with your friends chill, have some fun.
If you want reassurance go to the Doctor and get them to give you a thorough check up, just to put your mind at ease. the back pain is probably because you are so tensed up in your muscles. Try doing some exercise to loosen those back muscles up. If you can afford it go to a Chiro, or go have a back massage, it will help.
Maybe join an excercise class, or a yoga class, yoga is excellent for relaxation. Dont suffer, talk to someone, you will be ok.
Keep posting so we know how your doing .

Aw Natalie, I agree with worrybucket but wanted to add one thing. If the dr does not find anything wrong with you and you still have this fear, you should see a therapist for counseling.
Best wishes Try not to worry so much!
I hate it too. Probably the main health risk I've ever had KNOWN to me..
I lived aproximately 18 years before I experienced my first anxiety attack... So I was quite young as well..'
I used to take hot baths, and yes I'm a guy, but they seemed to work...
I still get them although less frequently, and I know how it can feel, like impending doom..
I don't quite know what it is that causes them, whether it be stress, food, drugs or some sort of inbalance of something... I've heard that sometimes it is a factor of haveing not enough iron in your body and have had friends who've fized this problem simply by balancing that out.. Though, I do believe that it is some sort of mentality game as well.. The mind is a very powerful thing and it can almost calulate stuff without you even knowing it...

you know, you can probably diagnose yourself at any given time with almost any disease. and of course we always end up looking at the most horrible, and terminal of them! so is the way of anxiety. But the likelihood that you are actually suffering from anything other than anxiety is slim to none!! It is much like the side effects on medications, everything from headaches to loose stool to stroke are listed on everything... hell those side effects are probably listed on tylenol. There will always be something that you can fit yourself into if you look. Back pain is not usually something serious. It could be anything from a pulled muscle to stress. Try a hot bath, a heating pad, and an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen and see if you feel any better. Do you take meds? Do you have a "as needed" med? If so, now would be the time that it is needed! I hope that you are able to feel better, I know how stressful it is when you just don't feel great and everything you check on about how your feeling seems awful.

Try these things
Eat right (avoid sugars, caffeine, stimulants) They ll increase your heart rate making it a lot harder to calm down and slow down your racing thoughts.
Drink plentyyyy of watahhhh
Try to stay away from tv.
Try to make your breathing full instead of quick and shallow.
Try relaxation cds
Also realize how funny it sometimes is if you look at what your worrying about.
just give it time. I always get so discouraged because i expect an effect change on my mood when i try something healthy but it takes time. You basically have to teach your mind to think positively and unteach it to think so damnnn negatively. argggggg
