Hey FeelinPuney,
First of all, I would honestly suggest drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day to make sure that your body is hydrated enough (and cutting out or cutting down on caffeine consumption if you drink caffeinated beverages)..
As far as lotions go, the fragrance free Lubriderm for Sensitive Skin is about the only thing I can use without having skin reactions.. I use it immediately after I get out of the shower to help trap moisture in & it seems to help without making me break out in little red bumps or rashes.. I've also used Alpha Hydroxy based lotions from time to time, but they can be a little harsh..
I wish I had more suggestions, but that's really the best I can do.. Hope that helps!
Take Care,
Melanie
p.s. Are you sure that it's dryness that's making your skin hurt? My skin hurts (and feels like it's really hot - especially the skin on my torso) for no reason at all..
