My doctor said that by working out and looking at the T.V in the gym it can worsen my inner-ear. He said to look less than a meter away when I'm joggin on the tread as part as my custom VRT. I've tried both and I don't seem a to notice when I get out of the gym except for crazy inner ear symptoms regardless cuz of the challenge of working out my vestibular system.

If anyone has any insight on this that would be great.

That's strange. It's almost exactly the opposite of what I've been told.

Apparently one well-known dizziness specialist has said that walking on the treadmill at 2.4-4mph while reading (close and further away) should *always* help and practically NEEDS to be done to facilitate recovery.

It's supposed to be the up and down movement while focusing your eyes and moving them left to right that is so spectacularly good for us.

I don't see how treadmill while watching tv could possibly make things worse. I'm not a medical professional but that makes zero sense to me. Lots of movement while focusing on something is basically what a lot of VRTs are all about.
