Has anyone filed a complaint with the EEOC under the American with Disabilities Act? I may have to because my company has been unable to provide "Resonable Accomadations" for me. I was wondering if any of you are aware of your rights. Fibromyagia is recognized as a Disability and I may have to take steps to protect my rights to keep my jobs. I am having a major struggle with this subject because there is just no cut and dry answer. I contacted the EEOC and they are here to assist people with disabilties. They implied that I have a case, I just don't know if I have the strength to continue to fight for my rights and fight Fibromyalgia.
I would appreciate any assistance anyone can offer. I just need a lttle extra support from my Fibro Friends on this one.
Thanks
