Hey sweetie, glad to see you back!! How are ya?
Yea ive had fibro for many many years as well http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif. Im just sorry you have to go thru it. I know how it is when you cant sleep. there was a time when id say 6 weeks went by, where i just couldnt sleep. They tried ambien, benadryl, several other types of sleeping pills and NOTHING worked. I ended up having the mother of all flareups (LOL). Finally was given elavil and after a few days i was able to go to sleep. I used to watch all night tv, maybe go to sleep finally around 5 in the morning from mere exhaustion. Sleep a few hours and was up again. What are you taking to help you get some sleep??? We're all family here hon, so feel free to vent or express frustrations, or pain, or whatever , however you feel. We're here for ya!!
