Does anybody know if it is ok to take SupaFlex MSM plus whilst taking guai?its a joint supplement which contains Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroitin sulphate.thank you

Hi Crazy Cat,
Yes, glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin are safe to take with guaifenesin. I take the Move Free brand, and I have had good results from being on it. My orthopedist told me he takes it too. I've spoken to others who take it and they all swear by its benefits. I only wish I had started taking it a long time ago, and my back pain would have been eased considerably.
