Hey there everyone http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif This may seem kind of odd, but one thing I've noticed about myself is that whenever I exert myself like doing chores, etc., my arms and hands and legs start shaking. Not if I'm just doing dishes or light stuff, but like cleaning out a closet ot being very, very busy. It usually last for at least a few hours. My voice wavers too. This can be embarassing when I'm around others and have to hand them something. Any ideas? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/idea.gif

I have problems with my hands shaking. Not all the time, but enough to be annoying. Sometimes in work, especially in the morning, I can't control the mouse pointer with my trackball. Using a regular mouse caused problems with my right shoulder.

Hi Pajamasam,
I also, frequently, experience uncontrolable shaking. It sometimes effects my legs, too, making walking difficult.
Have you monitored yourself to determine if there is any relation to when you last ate? I find, for myself, that it happens more often when I'm low on fuel, and or EXTREMELY stressed. If it's just stress, I can usually make it go away by using a variety of relaxation techniques. But, if it has been more than 2 1/2 hours since I've eaten, a good protein meal (like a handful of nuts, a couple ounces of meat, eggs, etc)settles everything right down again.
Hope this helps,
