the dr tells me that some crystal from my inner ear have come loose and floating around making me dizzy all the time, if i keep my head straight its not that bad, has anybody had this and what did they do for it

I have had the inner ear crystal you describe and there are many on this site that have it as well .... it's BPPV. You may want to look under the "Information Archive" sticky posting at the top of the list and look at the info under BPPV. Typically the initial treatment is the Epley Maneuver which repositions the crystals ... did your doctor mention anything about that? If you went to just your regular doctor, you may want to find a neurotologist who specializes in inner ear disorders and they can likely treat you via the Epley maneuver. The maneuver itself only takes a few minutes .... Good luck to you! I know it can be a wild ride at first when those crystals move, but the Epley can make a HUGE difference.
