Hi, nice to talk to you at the other place. This is my 3rd month on LDN!
I just got word that another lady is doing so much better on low dose naltrexone. She was like me, ready to cash it all in from the fatigue and pain, because of such chronic chronic all over pain.
After a month on 3.75 mg she is gardening again, taking long walks, and feeling better in general. Also, life doesn't seem so hopeless.
I hope you get the prescription soon and I want to hear more good things that is happening for you. Hey, I took three months to decide if I should take LDN. Now I wish I had had it 10 years ago. An such a simple thing, one pill at night! It feels great to be off so many other drugs. It also helps our T-Cells, (the killer cells) and ups the immune system. I know it helps leukemia, because at the other place someone's white count was going down and his energy was going up.
This is the best help I have had with this crazy fibromyalgia. It hasn't cured bulging discs, spurs or degenerative disc disease but it helps my pain a lot. I am glad you couldn't tolerate the narcotics and wasn't on it very long. LDN is more wholesome and better for you anyway. You may still want some muscle relaxants and a mild pain reliever(non-narcotic) which is OK to take when necessary on LDN if your back gives you problems like mine does! Hoping to hear from you again soon. MistyMisty
