I was wondering if anyone here has tried the 3 hour diet? I have low bllod sugar and I hear that this diet is good for that any ideas?? Thanks

I don't know specifically about the 3-hour diet, but I do know that eating more frequently helps to keep the blood sugar stabilized. I find that I have to eat at least 4 times a day to keep my blood sugar from plummeting. The problem is that it is easy to get a lot more calories when you eat more meals. The key here is to eat some protein with each meal, but watch the portion sizes, so that your clothing sizes don't become bigger! :)
