Ok my biggest obstacle throughout the day is folding laundry (Yeah I am a stay at home mom cut me some slack) I have no idea why this chore is so difficult for me to get through. It makes me so frigging dizzy! Anyone else have some small thing they struggle with throughout the day?? Any advice why it affects me so??

Dizzy, simple tasks can take loads from the vestibular system. I remember when washing the kitchen floor made me want to hurl. Shoveling, use to kill me. The fact it is making you dizzy...do more!!! Anything that makes you dizzy...do over and over till it doesnt anymore!
You are doing great!:D

:) i think charlotte is on the money! at my work, the worst part (besides the loud phones and bright lights) is counting the money out at the end of the day. the quick shuffling of money makes me just so dizzy and makes my eyes go crazy! keep doin it! it's bound to help somehow!

I was feeling good yesterday, until i scraped a bunch of lottery tickets. Ohhhh my eyes. Believe it or not it made me nauseated. Now the laundray, hmmm. Maybe take your basket in front of the TV and focus on that from a distance while you fold? Just a thought.

Your probably allergic to your detergent. The chemicals in detergent and especially dryer sheets can cause vertigo. Trust me, try a natural fragrance free and chemical free detergent. Whole Foods has some good ones. Thank me later.
