meh, sorry - according to the bbc, a study has shown that eating dark chocolate with a high cocoa content on a daily basis could help reduce fatigue. this may be because of the effects on serotonin levels, caused by polyphenols in the chocolate - which can also give other health benefits such as reducing blood pressure.

don't expect a miracle cure, but anything that helps a bit is good - and any excuse to eat chocolate is good :)
