I've yet to come across anyone else with this problem or anything similar. It seems that every once in a while, I get this feeling that looking at the color green will give me a severe headache. This has happened to me twice, each time lasting about 24 hours. Those days, I obviously couldn't go outside (trees, grass) and was really freaking out about this.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Could this just be another crazy delusion :jester: ? I can rationalize right now that when I look at the color, it will do nothing to harm me, yet when I get going on a delusion, I'm out of control and all out of sorts until the thought slips away from my mind.

Ive had strange times when all of a sudden everything will turn red or dark blue its really strange and it freaks me out a whole lot. But its never happened for a very long period of time it will just sort of happen for alittle while then stop. I think it scares me alittle when this happens because Im never sure when its going to happen.

hi hunny...you don't say if you see these colours outwardly.....ie....does your whole field of vision turn green.....as if you were looking through a clear green sheet of plastic....or is it inward? if it's outward then it should be traceable with some kind of scan or eye specialist......hope this helps helps.

Ok, figured out what it is...its a phobia. I stumbled a site that listed phobias of color. Sorry for the confusion.
