Since I Had My Hair Colored And Highlighted It Is Sooo Dry, And Feels Damaged,, It Is Also Breaking, What Can I Do To Condition And Help Repair It?

Try a good conditioner for colored hair, and a leave in conditioner. And you should try to wash it less often.

If your hair is breaking off it is over processed fragile and needs protein and moisture from deep conditioning treatments. If you had this done at a salon, go back to them and let them know, they will give you what you need for no cost to you and professional products that they have in salons are the best you can find.
