Hello,

I need some advise really bad. In the early mornings I run, while I am running I experience excessive mucus that I cannot clear easily out of my back nasal passages. It is driving me crazy!
This all started after I had the flu in April of this year. I have seasonal allergies and none of this is going away completly.
I take allergy pills and it really does not help much.

ANY ADVISE OR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!! PLEASE!
