I am 27 years old, 5'10" and about 220 pounds. I found out last year that I had elevated liver enzymes (double the normal level). They tested me for hepatitis and cirrosis, which were negative. I do not drink nor do i smoke. The doctors told me that they think I have NASH. I am unsure what that is, what I can do to get rid of it or if that is what I even have. I am always fatigued. Can anyone give me some insite on this matter?

Fatigue seems to be common to many liver disorders, including mine.
But I found a lot if info on NASH at http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/nash/
I would hope an ultrasound has been ordered for you and what ever tests would be necessary to rule out fatty liver disease. See a hepatologist (liver specialist.) Good luck.
