View Full Version : Advice on Septal Hypertrophy or Assymetrical hypertrophy

I have recently been diagnosed with Septal Hypertrophy with obstruction.
Does anyone here have this and can they help with the short and long term treatments for the disease?
As far as I know I don't have any obvious symptoms, but I do have CAD and some mild angina with chest pressure when I exercise or jog.
I am told that I should be cautious with exercise, but I wonder if the condition is due to excessive exercise, or perhaps aggravated by hard exercise.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I have yet to have a second more-detailed diagnosis and report on it.

Thanks guys,
beefsteak
