taking any form of aspirin along with any actual blood thinner is usually not reccomended unless it is actually Rxed by your doc and that doc is fully aware of the coumadin.its just another blood thinner that could completley send your clotting ability way down out of the norm.this really should be a question for your doc.is there a particular reason for wanting to add the B asa?i know when i had a brain aneurysm coiled i had to be on plavix and baby asa,but that was very temporary and all my docs were aware of this.the plavix was stopped shortly after my aneurysm was coiled.i was bruising way too badly.just speak with the doc who is already Rxing your coumadin.he would know what is and is not acceptable based on your current clotting ability.better safe than sorry with this particular combo,ya know?
