I shall try to keep it short. In 2004 I began having unusually bad headaches and bouts of dizziness. After many doctors and tests I finally convinced my doctor to order an MRI of my head--I had convinced myself I had MS. Well it turned out I had an unruptured brain aneurysm.
It was "incidental" but a bombshell to me. 2weeks later I had it successfully clipped. I was 27. I was a wreck emotionally for a while afterward. At some point I started having shoulder pain, jaw pain etc and then was convinced it was my heart.
I've had EKGs and a stress test and my overall risk for heart disease is virtually 0. BUT I still worry about it especially anytime I get the "trifecta" of dizziness, jaw pain and shoulder pain which I have right now. All 3 can be explained by my history of migraine, osteoarthritis/instability of the shoulder, and TMJ---yet my brain leaps to heart attack.
I finally made some calls to find a psychologist to help me.:(
