Hi all. This is the first time I write in this section and not choosing the best moment to write but this problem is bothering me a lot.

I would like to know if other than me are having colour, sound, smell, taste or other trigggers that generate negative feelings, thoughts or reactions.

I have tried to talk about it in chat room but it comes difficult for me to even describe or discuss this issue in public.

I have tried to find information online without result also so out of option I am turning toward you all.

If anyone has such similar problem as mine, or know of site(s) where this issue is discussed, please share whatever you possibly can. Anything will help me and better than remaining in the dark.

Knowing that some words can be triggers as well, I will not risk giving more details on this problem I am dealing with.

I cant cope with this problem and see no way to resolve this problem.
