 I am still looking into all the suggestions people are giving me here...so useful...
My symptoms have changed since I was first "attacked" back in middle of August. Initially I felt DREADFUL every day: frightened, sick, only shuffling to and from the sofa, doing a bit of washing up etc, headaches. Also had a huge amount of ear fullness and head pressure, tinnitus on and off, pressure behind my ear (like a gland up). The imbalance feelings were also pretty constant...not the dreadful falling vertigo that so many of you have described...but a general feeling of not being real, brain fog, moving scenery, jumping words on paper, unable to concentrate.
However....I would say that now, 8 weeks or so on, those feelings of really being physically unwell are not dominant and the ear pressure and tinnitus is much less..though still occasional. The right hand side weirdness does still occur at random times, and then either I get used to it, or it goes.
Its not that I feel "normal" at all....but I would say that it is not as bad as it was 8 weeks ago. (One morning I really did not think I would get out of bed).

Does this sound similar to anybody else who has suffered with...for example...VN or Lab? (The eNT consultant I saw did not find any evidence of these but I did not see her until some 4 weeks after initial attack).

I orginally was pinning a lot on the Vestibular Migraine thing...and it does still sound very similar to some of my symptoms...but would that explain feeling more unwell earlier on in this cycle???

Sorry, I realise that I am going on and on and on....but it is good to find somewhere where people respond!!!;)
