symtoms of a bad liver when too much alcohol is consumed such as breaking out in rash head to toe increased pulse over 90 bpm and increase core body temp please help

Sounds like just an allergic reaction to alcohol and not a liver issue. A bad liver causes other symptoms and occurs slowly over years.
