I have acne-like spots and bumps on my upper arm and shoulders, which are actually a lot smaller than usual acne on the face. It's not a concern as I've had this since my teenage years -- so many years now --, but I'm curious as to what it is and if there's anything I can do to make it go away. No one else in my family has this.
