Hi, i had a similar episode a few months ago that checked out to be ok. Right now im feeling really hot in my face, like i have a fever but i dunno. my HR is around 115-120 right now, i do have frequent PVC's but during this episode, they are gone, i had issues with my allergies and sinuses, but only a little better now with allegra, im not sure what to think, last time i was ok, i was givin antibiotics for broncitis and cough and i was ok. now its happening again. i feel ok, i phyically cant feel the fast HR but i know its there, i wont go to the er again cause i dont have insurance, but last time they said i was ok, so could me having a one day fever/ flu like symptoms cause this?

It sounds alot like anxiety to me. I also get the flushed face feeling where i feel like i have a fever but i dont. My heart rate increases and sometimes i get the palps along with the other symptoms but not every time.

my boyfriend does the same thing. he gets flushed face and his heart rate goes high . it was 120 tonight. it went down to 98 so far. i wondered if his could be anxiety cause it mainly happens at night. it worries me. he had a echo and another test can't think of the name. but they said everything was normal.
