My son recently had a big bruise on his leg. The bruise went away and several days after the bruise went away a jelly type circle formed at the same place. He is saying that it hurts to touch. Could this be a blood clot?

Hi. New to this site myself however am a senior nurse. You really should have this checked out by a dr. Did he bang his leg? How did it start and what age is ur son. Signs of a clot are usually hard swelling pain on flextion of the foot in that he would find it painful to walk. Were is the mark? and how big? Always better to get it checked out anyroad.
