I am not sure this is a skin problem .....

I woke up this morning and found a small bump underneat my toe (the one next to the big one :)) .... I would have not noticed it if my boyfriend didn't touch my foot and asked what that was .....

I checked it ... it's hard .... seems attached to the bone, but I might be wrong, it doesn't hurt .... it might look like a callus, but I it's not, skin is normal, everything looks normal, there is just a bump, I didn't hit my toe, as far as I know and haven't worn high heels shoes for a month now (only confy sneakers) ..... it's like there is a small pea underneat the skin.... when I touch it it feels like bone, hard .... but I am sure if should hurt like hell if it was broken as I first thought .... I keep on pushing it in hoping it will go away ...

Should I show it to the doc? Won't he laugh at me ? can't I ask the pharmacist first?
I think my friend had something similar on her hand and it went away by itself ...

what should I do? what can it be?
