HI, I am 26 years old female and for the last 6 months or so I have noticed that right by my hair line and up into my scalp a bit the hair is getting really thin. The rest of my hair is really quite thick. It does not seem to be growing back and if you look at my scalp really close you can see red spots everywhere. If I push on my scalp where the hair is balding it hurts pretty bad to. What could be going on?
