HI, ever since I can remember I have had red bumps all over my legs. They do not hurt but are so unattractive. They seem to get worse in humid weather. Anyone know what this could be? I am a 26 year old female.

It sounds like keratosis pilaris. Do an internet search on it and you can find some information and photos.
