I recommend 1g/ lbm Lean body mass so if u weigh 150 lbs you should eat 150 grams of protein.

My doc (holistic md) suggests 25% of food intake should be some sort of protein. He also recommends 25% as carbs and 50% as veggies (half raw, half cooked).
