For Pain: Liquid cal/mag is a great pain killer, but a bit spendy when taking all the suppliments trying to get well. An older lady friend told me years ago the doctors use to give calcium shots for pain - does anyone do this on this board? Also, the cal needs to be in ratio 2 to 1 with magnesium. I am not sure which is the 2 or the 1. Any help out there?
