anyone out there struggling with bad shapes? Went to RE after first (failed) iui and she was so positive! She said my numbers/everything looked really good for iui success. Then she looks at the complex sperm analysis and says "OH". Now she said she thinks we could try another iui or two but probably need IVF/ICSI, as DH sperm morphology is 5? RE says that they recommend to jump to IVF if morphology number is less than 6. :( Anyone have any input on morphology? Does it change? I am devastated. We had such high hopes for the iui and I don't think we could financially handle IVF.:mad:

Hi Papads, my husband was told to take vitamin E- 2 tabs of 400 /day for morphology. Its over the counter, you can ask your RE about what chances are to get better with this.
