Can anyone tell me why, cause my doctor hasn,t a clue, why after three epidurals to my neck, my neck now bothers me where the injections were done and is very swollen? My doctor suggests physical therapy for starters and if I am not any better after two weeks, come back and see him!

I get injections and i get a little swelling and bad bruising on my neck. It hurts in that area for at least a month after i get them. When you get injections back to back like that I am only assuming that it irritates the local tissues and muscles and that is why we experience this. You can also be having a reaction to the local.
FYI, I have this tender spot on the bottom of my back where I got an epidural during childbirth - get this - over 25 years ago.

Hey Barb,
After my third lumbar epidural, my legs and feet swelled up enormously. It took many months for it to subside.
