View Full Version : Skateboard feet problems

I love to skateboard, I am 20/m and i've been doing skateboarding and rollerblading for almost 10 years now. I've only been skateboarding for about 2 years and its cause more injuries to me then roller blading. When I rollerbladed I could jump big gaps and roll away no problem, but now that I am skateboarding it hurts really bad from just jumping a couple of stairs. I've twisted my ankle really bad once, it swelled up pretty big. I've worked my ankles out pretty good, but when I jump gaps it hurts the balls of my feet and the muscle around that bone that connects that ball of the foot to the ankle Any ideas on a fix so I can skatboard more?
