I went to the doctor today for a sinus infection and left after xrays determined I also have a heel spur on my left foot. I have had pain in my feet for quite some time now, and there are days I have to crawl to the bathroom in the morning because my feet hurt so bad.

My question is, would the heel spur cause pain in my ankle? I have pain from the front of my foot all the way back and up the outside of the ankle.

What are the steps of treatment? how long does it take for relief to begin???
