Hi. I'm having issues. I'm 28 (today) and have very irregular cycles. My doctor ran some blood test. Last month she said my TSH and prolactin was elevated. I have blood test taken last week and these were these results:

TSH 3.63
Prolactin 16.7
T4 .92
T3 3.1

I am also have a clear sticky discharge from my left nipple only. Anyone have any ideas. I want to sleep all the time and require at least 9 hours of sleep to even be coherent. I could sleep 12 hours a night or more.

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I have been taking my BBT for 4 months. Pre-ovulation (when i do ovulate) is NEVER above 97.1 or 97.2. After ovulation, i've never seen it above 98.0. I have cycles from 28 - 60 days.

I have an appointment tomorrow with my endo, i'm just wondering WTH is going on? Or if anyone else has dealt with this before.

I'm no doctor, but I've read somewhere that low temps could be a sign of hypothiroidism, which could affect fertility. Luckily, it seems like a pill can fix that problem if that is in fact the case.

My temps are very similar to yours. I found that diet and exercise helps (the thyroid controls your metabolism, so it doesn't surprise me). Apparently, going for a 40 minute walk every day and eating smaller portions can raise your temps .3 to .4 degrees. That's what happened to me anyway.

The doctor never said there was anything wrong with my thyroid, but the test was done by an incompetent OBGYN and I switched to another one shortly after having those tests done.
