View Full Version : inner ear muscle cramps

I'm poorly versed in basic causes of muscle cramps other than overworked, to hot/cold, not enough fluids. But this one is totally different and doesn't fit into any of the common causes mentioned.

It started only three days past and comes and goes. But here lately it has persisted over the past two days. What is so unusual about it, to me, I've never had a problem with muscle cramps in my ears. This one is centered in my right ear and at times can be extremely painful. I have been taking 800mg Ibuprofen and 100mg Methacarbonol to combat it but even they aren't eliminating the pain entirely. Hot showers help but it will cease only when it wants to.

Do any of you know anything about this?
