Hi, I'm a Graphic Design student doing a project on mental health. I myself suffer from depression and anxiety but it would be really useful to be able to gain some new perspectives on how other people feel and cope with their issues.
If you could complete the sentence 'I feel...' to give me an idea of how your particular problem affects you, I'd be very grateful! I won't include names in my work but if you could just note which condition(s) you suffer from, that would help too.
