I have been diagnosed with vertigo and eustation tube dysfunction.
My right ear feels full all the time and the hearing is decreased.
I am using flonase nasal spray and have had no relief.
I need help and the doctors I have seen say it will resolve on its own.
What other treatments are available ??

I have heard that Sudafed with a nasal spray helps ETD. If it doesn't resolve on its own you might need to have tubes inserted in your ears.

Someone else on the health boards was saying that 5-Htp(common herbal supplement) helped to relieve the fullness after taking it for a few days. He was having trouble with clenching his jaw and the supplement helped relieve the tension in the jaw ans thereby relieved some of the swellint in the tubes.

hope you find relief !

bridge11, did they find fluid in your ears?

Do you have any other symptoms like tinnitus or anything else?

How long have you had the symptoms?
