my very active 13 month old grandson fell off A chair he climbed onto sunday and broke his arm.We took him to er right after it happened.Doctor called us 2 days later and told us to get to the office ASAP cause his arm has a buckle fracture and a hairline fracture.They cast it but will only leave the cast on for a week.Is that long enough?

The doctors know what they're doing. Babies heal incredibly quickly. DS had bilateral hernia repair and you couldn't even tell anything had happened to him 3 days later. Also, when I broke my foot they did an x-ray when they took the cast off to make sure it was healed.
