How do you get rid of headaches without taking medicines? I don't want to take anymore pills...(I am on Topamax, Fentanyl (for my back), and Cymbalta). I have taken Floricet and it has worked great but I don't want to rely on those in the future. I can't take Excedrin (makes me too wired and blah feeling). Let me know your thoughts...

I have a meeting with my neuro tomorrow, so your help before that would be terrific.
