I am going on a hydrogen peroxide regimen in my drinking water, but I read that only 35% food grade peroxide is recommended for internal use. I have a bottle on 8% food grade. Can't I use that as well? It's the same stuff, just more diluted, right? So I'd just have to use a liitle more? I just want to make sure, becuase it makes me a little nervous.

why in the world would you want to even drink hydrogen peroxide? If it makes you nervous - don't do it. listen to your gut instincts.

Drug store 3% hydrogen peroxide is not safe for internal use because it has added chemicals in it. That's why you have to get 35% Food Grade hydrogen peroxide and then dilute it down to the same 3% before using it internally as part of your drinking water regimen. You can use your 8% food grade hydrogen peroxide, just dilute it down to 3%. From what I've read about it, you are only adding a few drops to a glass of water.

It HAS to be food grade and should not be taken more than recommended.
