Yes, Herpes can affect any part of your body with skin to skin contact. It's less common, but possible. You can get herpes infections on your fingers (Herpes Whitlow) and in your eye if it is transmitted there. The best prevention is good hygiene, wash your hands after touching infected areas. Not sure how long you've have herpes but it should be noted that the longer you have it the less likely you are to transmit it to other parts of the body.
