I've had this for a few years but I can't remember when it first started. Sometimes I get these cramps in my feet that make my toes start to turn inwards or bend at weird angles. It's like the toes have a mind of their own. I can usually walk it off but it's kind of uncomfortable as it happens. It is a charlie horse or something more serious? I'd appreciate hearing from anyone that has had this happen. I keep meaning to mention it to my doc but I always forget until it happens again. This only occurs once every few months.
