It seems as though the back of my ankles "pop" when i run, jog, go up stairs, etc etc. It is like a cracking/popping. As though you are cracking your knuckles. There is no pain (thank goodness), but there is much noise!! It gets a little akward when my ankles pop in complete silence during a jog with fellow joggers, and the only thing that can be heard are my ankles! It is extremely unattractive!! Does anyone have a similar problem? Should I see a doctor? Is it serious??? Any bit of information would help! Thanks!

hi mine do this occasionally i dont think it means anything probally just unexercised joints/stiff joints take care
