Hi
My mom has these spots more like blotches i dunno how to describe them i guess these spots r under the skin when she went to the derm he said that it is a vein explosion or something he gave her vit C and pills and an oinment her feet got better for a short while then they appeared again , her feet are nearly black it's so ugly can anyone help

i'd get off the computer and start with a regular doc. if he doesn't know he will know which way to send your mother.
