Hi everyone, I just want to post a simple suggestion to prevent any ingrown toenail problems. as we know they are really painfull.
is really simple, is just a matter of cutting your toenails right.
let me explain:
After my sister had an ingrown toenail problem and had the surgery done to remove it, her Podiatrist gave her a very good advice that worked for her as well as all our family and anyone who has follow this advice.
just let your toenails grow, and when you feel they are ready to get a trim, cut them straight never ever cut the corner edges of your toenail and don't give it a round shape either because this is what causes an ingrown toenail due to the shoe pressure. Last don't trim it to short.
I done this for years and never a single toenail problem.
I hope this can help save some toes, please tell me if I wasn't clear and sorry if my suggestion sounds dum, but is a very common problem that can be prevent it.
thanks for your time
