I'm new to this board and I have read many msgs on this board regarding bunion surgery. I'm seriously considering having this surgery done in the near future? Which is better traditioanl or the tri-correctional bunionectomy? Any responses are greatly appreciated.

i think this is the thing: with traditional you stand a bigger chance of having the bunion reappear because the mechanics of the joint have not been adjusted.
