I recently passed out for the first time in my life. And coincidentally, a couple days later, my feet became swollen. Mostly my left foot, and they are swollen on the bottom and inside around the arch. Also, yesterday, the left foot started to become swollen on the outside bottom of the arch.

I do play softball, and my last game was several days before my feet became swollen. But I am very conscious of if I feel like I strain or injure myself, and I really don't think I did. I do have pretty bad bunions on both feet, but I have very good orthotics that I've been wearing for many years, and my feet are generally comfortable.

My doctor had originally suspected that I had a heart murmur, but the echo showed nothing. I don't know if this is Edema? I don't know what could be causing this.
